LobePort is a utility application designed to operate with maximum respect for user privacy. Our core philosophy is to process all data locally on your device and **collect no personal data whatsoever**.

LobePort collects zero personal data from its users. We do not collect names, email addresses, location, device identifiers, usage statistics, or any other personally identifiable information. There are no analytics, ads, or third-party tracking libraries within the app.

2. Permissions Requested and Justification

The LobePort app requests access to certain system features to provide its core functionality. These permissions are used exclusively for on-device processing:

• Camera: Required to capture the live video stream from the Developer Strap/HDMI capture device for display and processing within the app.
• Photos/Media Library: Required if the user chooses to save recorded video streams or images generated within the app to their device's Photos library.
• Microphone: The application does not process or record audio. However, certain system APIs that handle video input may require temporary access to the microphone setting. **No audio data is ever stored, transmitted, or used by LobePort.**

All video upscaling, recording, and processing functions are performed locally on the user’s device (on-device processing).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

LobePort does not share, sell, rent, or disclose any user data to any third parties whatsoever, because no user data is collected in the first place.
